Eight stages, from your UPI app back to your bank. The last column says what sets the timing at each stage.

Two stages are in your hands: paying the exact amount and sending clean proof. Both save a back-and-forth at stage 4.

Only “Balance” can be withdrawn. Money under “Exp” waits for stage 6.

Tiger Exchange deposit in 5 steps

Five steps. Have your UPI app ready.

1. Open your WhatsApp chat with the desk. Send “Deposit” and the amount.
2. Wait for the payment details. They arrive in that chat.
3. Pay from your own UPI app or bank. Note the 12-digit UTR on the success screen.
4. Send the screenshot or the UTR in the same chat.
5. Refresh the Tiger Exchange screen once. “Balance” at the top shows the new amount.

Payment details change. Ask before every deposit, even a repeat one.

Before you enter your UPI PIN: check that the payee in your UPI app matches the details from today’s chat, and that the amount is exactly what you told the desk. Anything different? Cancel and ask.

Tiger Exchange minimum deposit

The minimum is set per ID. Ask the desk before you pay.

Start with the minimum. Test one withdrawal. Then decide on more.

Tiger Exchange withdrawal in 5 steps

Five steps. Settle open bets first.

1. Check the top bar. “Exp” is money held by open bets. It cannot be withdrawn yet.
2. Send “Withdraw” and the amount in your WhatsApp chat.
3. Share a bank account or UPI ID in your own name. Name the bank and IFSC for bank payouts.
4. Keep the chat open. The desk confirms when the payout is sent.
5. Check your bank app. Reply “received” once it lands.

Some accounts show a withdrawal form inside the account menu. Same details go there: amount, account, IFSC or UPI ID.

What to type in the chat for money

Copy a line, fill the blanks, send it in your own chat. A complete message saves a round of questions.

Deposit

“Deposit [amount]. Username [your username].”

Proof

“Paid [amount]. UTR [12 digits].” Attach the screenshot.

Withdraw to UPI

“Withdraw [amount] to UPI [your UPI ID]. Name [as in your bank].”

Withdraw to bank

“Withdraw [amount]. Account [number]. IFSC [code]. Bank [name]. Name [as in your bank].”

Payout check

“Withdrawal of [amount] asked at [time]. Please share the UTR.”

Receiving money needs only your UPI ID or account and IFSC, so a request for your PIN, OTP, password or card number means stop.

Deposit and withdrawal problems and fixes

Seven faults. Do not pay twice while one is open.

Deposit not showing?

Send the UTR in the chat. Wait for the reply before paying again.

Paid to old details?

Send the screenshot at once. Ask what happens next.

UPI says limit exceeded?

Your bank caps UPI per day. Use bank transfer or wait for tomorrow.

Withdrawal pending?

Check that open bets have settled. Then send the amount and request time in the chat.

Withdrawal bounced?

Check the account number and IFSC. A name mismatch also bounces it.

Asked for your UPI PIN to receive money?

That is a scam. Receiving money never needs a PIN. Stop and block.

Money left the bank, no UTR shown?

Open the UPI app history. The UTR sits in the transaction details.

Pay only to details sent in your own chat, because screenshots of payment details shared in groups are a common scam route.
